I promised in an older article where I talked about the most interesting buildings in Japan, to make a list of the most beautiful landscapes in the Land of the Rising Sun. Most of the landscapes worth mentioning are found in gardens and parks. You will be amazed to find out how many parks and gardens there are in this country. The explanation for their number may lie in the need of the Japanese to have spaces where they can relax, knowing that the population density here is quite high.

Japan ranks second, after Bangladesh, in the ranking of countries over 100,000 square kilometers, by population density. The country's area is 377,837 square kilometers and the population is over 127 million inhabitants, if we do not take into account the number of tourists, whose number is increasing.

In the list below, however, you will not find any gardens, but only some of the most important Japanese parks.

Japan

10. Nikko National Park
It is a park located near the Japanese capital, located at an phone number list altitude of between 300 and 2578 meters, in a region with volcanic mountains. It consists of plateaus such as Ozegahara, rivers, waterfalls and dense forests, making it an ideal park for hiking or picnicking. You can even take boat rides on Lake Chuzenji-ko.

9. Daisen-Oki National Park
Located in the Chugoku region of Honshu, it is a kind of Old Customs House of Japan. Due to the fact that the Oki-shoto Islands are somewhat remote, man has not left much of his mark. The focal point of the park is Mount Daisen.

8. Rishiri-Rebun-Sarobetsu National Park
Rishiri-Rebun-Sarobetsu

It is a park located in the extreme northwest of Japan that has a marshy coastal land about 34 kilometers long.
