At this point, the levers of operational marketing must also be updated.

Kotler moves from the 4 Ps ( product, price, place and promotion ) to the 4 Cs:

Co-creation – new product development strategy that involves collaboration with the customer right from the ideation phase
Currency (or currency) – evolution of pricing buy phone number list strategies from variable to customized based on the market
Community – activation of communities that arise intentionally or spontaneously around the brand
Conversation – stimulate conversation about the brand
With these new levers, marketing places “ the customer at the center ” and becomes aware of its true role.

According to Kotler, therefore, traditional and digital marketing must integrate perfectly until their boundaries disappear.
