Are you familiar with the situation when you involve several recruiters, you think that you have agreed on everything, they accepted your conditions, went to work and disappeared? Or the contractor sent you one candidate, received feedback and disappeared. You are sincerely surprised why this happens. As a result, you waste time and do not get the result. How to choose a reliable recruiter? How to guarantee yourself the result in the required time frame? This is what our article today is about.

The described phenomenon is, unfortunately, typical for the market of personnel selection contractors, and not only for working with freelancers, but also with agencies. And there is a completely understandable explanation for this: the contractor works in conditions where only 1/10 of projects in progress reach the finish line and are paid, so he must learn to choose partners and do this literally in the first days of cooperation in order to reduce the risks of working for the basket.

An important point is that the reasons for such a low telegram data vacancy filling rate do not always lie in the area of a lack of professionalism.

Most often, the reason is that:

the customer no longer needed it,
the customer initially wanted to simply monitor the market,
the candidate was found by themselves, through a recommendation or another recruiter,
During the process, it became clear that the task was complex (low salary, high demands) and required more resources and time from the contractor than the customer was willing to pay for.
In the conditions of "first work (in which the volume is often not clear at the start), then money (which is fixed immediately)", the recruiter is always a loser from the start. Even the most conscientious recruiter, who does not filter the flow of applications and tries to work on all transferred vacancies, usually gets ONLY 10% of the fee for his 100% efforts. And, of course, these 10% do not satisfy him. After all, he hoped for more, tried and is not to blame for what is happening on the customer's side and on the labor market. No one is interested in working for free. Therefore, the main muscle that is evolutionarily quickly pumped up by the surviving recruiting agencies and recruiters on the external market is a quick assessment of the project's potential based on the first signals from the customer and a timely quiet escape, while the resources are not wasted.

Since with such initial conditions the contractor needs a large funnel to survive - you, as the customer, will always get a smile and a willingness to work on your terms at the start. And then the recruiter will evaluate the first moments of cooperation and leave only the most delicious projects for himself, which at the start give the right signals.
