This requires the support of a company that believes in you, but also of a family that believes in you, because sometimes women encounter adversaries at home. A husband has to be very self-confident and have high self-esteem to allow his wife to perform better professionally than him and even earn more than her husband. Sometimes at home, they don't even allow you to do that.

So your first fight is at home and the next one may be against society or against the environment or companies , but yes, women have to prove themselves twice as much and sometimes do three times as much so that they can value what we do.

If you look at statistics on women presidents of organizations, I don't think it exceeds 10%, and although there are more and more women in leadership positions, I think there's still a lot to do.

You're currently working on a consulting project and providing online training. What do you teach your students?
It's been 25 years of argentina mobile database experience in different companies and environments, even in different economic and political times, and in different types of industries. It doesn't mean you know everything, but I think it gives you a good foundation to want to share that knowledge with others. Want to guide other people or other companies.

In Venezuela, despite the circumstances, there are companies trying to move forward and give their best . There are other companies that are betting on international markets and international marketing. It's a very delicate area, but it's an area that you can pay a lot of attention to when innovating or joining. I'm working on some consulting projects and I'm providing training in the area of marketing. I'm teaching at the product, service, product and service management, brand, trademark, and advertising levels, as I'm also a publicist.

I believe that every time you explain to students what you know, you end up learning yourself . And they share with you their experiences or what they might know or what they usually do. Many are filled with doubts and uncertainty and ask you questions. Deep down, it stems from the desire to help and serve ; it's part of the same thing. You can do it as a president, as a professor, as an advisor... and I believe that's my purpose and my calling.

I also think I still have one more opportunity from a corporate perspective. In the coming years, I would like to hold a corporate position within an organization , but only to reinforce some skills.

In the end, I'm going to stick with training and consulting, because that desire to see people transform their lives and their companies, and to be able to say, "I contributed to that new leader, or that president, or that director," I think that's the greatest achievement because you're already seeking to transcend. It's a bit of self-realization, isn't it?

Well, after all the achievements in my career, which are the achievements of my family, my husband, my son, and my friends, because you don't build where you want to go alone. Venezuela is a country going through a very particular situation, and I believe that part of what I am I owe to this wonderful country that I love. I believe I have to give back to my homeland part of what I am, in essence, in sustenance, in essence. And what I can give back the most is knowledge . And knowledge is transferred through training, coaching, and mentoring, and a desire to help others.

From a business perspective, helping brands, their marketing, and their leadership. I feel very comfortable with that aspect, but I also have a personal responsibility to the new generation that must emerge : a generation of excellence, of excellent leaders, of coherent leaders, of respectful leaders, of leaders with values and principles who translate into their actions some of what they usually say and do. It may sound romantic, but I think the world needs a little romance.

We need people who strive to leave their countries, or even their neighborhoods, in a better place. It doesn't matter how far-reaching the situation, but we have to have that vocation to leave things better than we received them . It doesn't matter if it's at the institute where you teach or teaching internationally. But deep down, what I want is to support the next generation. That's part of me, and I need to do it.
