The inhabitants of Ogimi - just over three thousand - belong to different groups formed over the years, and they know they can count on each other. In practice, each of them is responsible not only for their own well-being, but also for that of the community.

So on the one hand they have the strength of their individual Ikigai, on the other the sense of belonging which in turn acts as a generator of Ikigai.
