There are three essential steps you must follow to disable this Google feature or some of its categories and thus gain control over your data and advertising preferences. These are :
Access the platform
As a starting point, you must go to the Google AdSettings website and log in with your Google account. From there, you can view your data in two ways:
Exploring the different categories or topics telegram data the platform offers, based on your preferences and online behavior.
Requesting information about your age, gender, and the pages you've recently searched for.
Modify or delete data in the profile
If you don't agree with the information displayed, you can change or delete it. All you have to do is go to your ad settings, click "Customize Ads," and deactivate the categories you don't want linked to your profile or block them all (which is as if you had deleted them).
Block Google tracking
You can also choose to block Google tracking, but it's important to keep in mind that doing so may cause some of its apps to not function the same way afterward, including Google Discover, Maps, or YouTube. For example, they may misrepresent directions or provide random recommendations instead of personalized ones.
